NoteCard is a application that allows you to learn notes on your own time, under the patient tutelage of the computer. The programs simple goal is to help you learn to recognize the musical notes. Nonetheless, this is a great and innovative application.

NoteCard is a wonderful educational program that allows you to learn notes on piano, guitar, and other instruments in a snap. It features a beautiful and intuitive user interface that can be used by people of all ages. With its clear, graphical training lessons, you will be able to recognize and read the music notes without any conscious effort. The most important thing to do before using this program is customize the practice parameters that best fit your needs. Firstly, you should select the instrument you wish to use (piano, do-re-mi pad, letter pad ,etc); then, you should select the musical clefs you would like to work with (treble, alto , tenor, bass, etc.); and finally, other preferences like the use of sharps and flats. The program enables you to create as many user accounts as you want and save the preferences for each of them. It also includes a feature called progress which records all tests taken with their corresponding date, offering the ability to view your progress. Even though the program is quite easy to use and intuitive, there's a comprehensive help file that explains the program in details. |
